Our products can be easily be dusted with a damp cloth. Although we make our products with real wood and steel, they can still chip and scratch if roughly handled, so please handle with care!
If for any reason you're unhappy with the product, then please return it to us for a full refund within 7 days. If the item is damaged, please let us know right away, and we can send you a replacement piece or a totally new product if necessary.
